Il prodotto ha soddisfatto le aspettative, il letto ha una buona qualità è solido, chiaramente è indicato per bambini/ragazzi può arrivare fino a 4 posti se si compra anche il letto aggiuntivo.

Después del montaje, queda genial. Robusto y en madera maciza.
Los colchones tienen que ser finos ya que si son muy altos, en la litera tiene poca barandilla y en la cama supletoria no entra. En la cama de matrimonio se puede poner pero queda muy justo con la escala así que todos deberían ser finos. El colchón que venden es un poco duro para mi gusto, pero es firme.
Estamos muy contentos y nuestro hijo mallor con la litera está encantado

Hola, hemos comprado la de madera con cama supletoria, pero a la hora de montarla, nos hemos dado cuenta de que no nos venían las instrucciones de la cama nido, si de la cama supletoria. El producto es tal cual la foto. El montaje no es demasiado dificil. Queda perfecta! Entregan en el tiempo .

Acabo de comprar esta litera y estoy muy contento. En primer lugar, me gustaría destacar el servicio de atención al cliente que tiene Befara, muy bueno. Se han mostrado muy atentos y con la mayor disponibilidad posible, atendiendo a todos mis ruegos en todo momento. Necesitaba que me entregaran la litera en un día concreto y así ha sido. Se han preocupado para que todo saliera bien y en el plazo previsto. Todo está tal y como aparece en la fotografía y la litera es muy sólida. El montaje lleva tiempo y he hechado de menos unas instrucciones un poco más explicativas pero por todo lo demás un 10.
Por mi parte, no he tenido ningún problema. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad y atención.
